Will the duty-free shops be open on on board the maiden voyage of the cruise liner Celebrity Eclipse when it returns from Bilbao Spain to Southampton this afternoon?
The ship has been sent there by the British Government to rescue travellers stranded by the volcanic ash crisis. Over 2000 stranded tourists boarded the ship today, some of the travellers had been "touring" Spain by coach for over 4 days until the new liner offered them a way home.
